Upload your design — we accept STL, STEP, Inventor (IPT/IAM), SolidWorks, CATIA, NX and more. Our team reviews it for printability and recommends the best process and material.
We print your part on the right machine for the job. Where tighter tolerances are needed — especially on metal — we post-machine critical features on our in-house CNC.
Parts are finished to your spec — sanded, painted, plated or smoothed — then dimensionally verified on our CMM / FARO arm and delivered ready to use.
We print single parts up to 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm — a full cubic metre — in one build, without splitting, bonding or assembling sections.
It is ideal for tooling, moulds, patterns, jigs, prototypes and end-use parts at industrial scale — anywhere a large component would otherwise be machined or fabricated.
For large tooling, moulds and patterns it is often significantly cheaper and faster than machined equivalents, because the part is printed as a single piece with far less material waste and labour.
Lead times depend on size, material and finish. Rapid FDM parts can be ready in 24–48 hours; larger or more complex parts take longer and are confirmed with every quote.
